The world is very abundant and the more you realize this the more you will attract what is available to you. The trick starts with your mindset. Why is that? Well, how do you get results? You do the work. You can’t do the work without having the knowledge. And even with the knowledge it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the skill set. Yet even with the skill set the right mindset is all that matters. Mindset + Skillset + Knowledge + Work = Results. No more. No less.

So before I share the secrets to unlock your abundance, you first must have an idea of what abundance means to you. You may define it as money, love, health, or personal fulfillment. The fact is all of those define abundance. To unlock your personal abundance focus upon the ONE that stands out to you the most.

Secret Number One: Your subconscious mind is what holds the key to your abundance. This is where your emotions live in the now. Your emotions may be hindered or blocked by the seven year old kid in you and are living with an old recording from years past. Perhaps you have a belief system where you have to prove yourself in order to make a good income. Or you have blocked love from your life unconsciously, based on a past hurt. The first mindshift to uncover your blocks is to learn to feel limitless. This is how you retrain the subconscious to reach success.

Secret Number Two: Get out of routine living. Routine living limits you holistically. Making small changes in your daily routine expands your mind and your body to feel new sensations and experience life beyond your four corners. If abundance is not in your four corners then it is time for change; start with a different walk or drive to work. Perhaps take a new yoga class and refrain from technology until after you have had breakfast versus as soon as you wake up. Again those actions encourage feeling limitless and forms new positive habits.

Secret Number Three: To retrain the subconscious mind it all ends and begins with images. Our subconscious mind is like a camera, it takes on visuals that encourage feelings that become ingrained into a want or need. Advertisers have mastered the art of images and know how to push the subconscious buttons. You too can master this toward creating the abundance you desire through images. Let’s say you want more prosperity as your goal. Gather images that have meaning to you and instill the feeling of prosperity. Place those images on your nightstand, your desk, your fridge, and your walls. Look at them often and especially at night before you go to bed. At night is when the subconscious goes to work for you and creates new neural pathways based on the images and feelings you have consumed.

YOU’RE OFFICIALLY INVITED TO THE CONSCIOUS PARTY!

Who doesn’t like a party, right? This is no ordinary party though — no costumes, masks, or facades allowed. Just you, showing up in all your glory! It’s been said that 90 percent of succeeding is showing up! We are all experiencing a transformational awakening together. What is so cool about this is that it gives us all a second chance to be who we really want to be, do what we truly desire, and live with our hearts and minds open. Have you heard of the term, tabula rasa? The Latin term means “blank slate” and according to Webster’s Dictionary, it is defined as “something existing in its original pristine state.” The mind is in its hypothetical primary blank or empty state before receiving outside impressions. By re-training the brain, I believe that we have the power for this to occur at any time. By abiding by our true nature, our minds become clear, and our brilliance unfolds as we rediscover the intelligence of our essence. It is a type of rebirth where you get to start again with this clear mind. It may be hard to grasp what a clear mind actually feels like without taking a long, relaxing vacation away from personal issues and the complexities of today’s world. You want to find clarity — but what will it take for you to grasp what a clear mind feels like?

Conscious Happiness

Remember Cindy Lou Who from “The Grinch Who Stole Christmas?” by Dr. Seuss. She was the bright-eyed, little girl and the hero of the story. A timid child, she displayed the most profound courage of anyone (including adults) in the city of Whoville. She represented and reclaimed what she and all the Whos of Whoville most loved, the happiest feeling known to its inhabitants: the feeling of Christmas.

Cindy faced up to the meanest, greediest, most self-absorbed creature — the Grinch — who was slowly stealing and hiding the happiness of each inhabitant until there was no happiness left. The Grinch believed that stealing every trinket, toy and piece of tinsel that symbolized happiness would leave an emptiness that the Grinch was all too familiar with: misery. As the snow began falling in Whoville, all the Whos gathered and sang joyous songs despite not having any symbols of their happiness. Cindy Lou represented the conscious happiness of the story, and the Grinch represented the false belief of perceived happiness. When the symbols were eliminated, the Grinch believed his response would be satisfaction. However, the true response was emptiness, a projection of the Grinch’s deep insecurity. The conscious happiness, however, is what prevailed. You see, what you might believe represents your happiness is a misperception or illusion. When you elevate your consciousness, you begin to see what truly is fulfilling to you. You can still create your own happiness, but it lies beyond your familiar perceived mindset.

In recent history, society has sought instant gratification. This collective consciousness has instilled what we believe is happiness but that is really a false sense of entitlement along with a mistaken sense of happiness. In reality, we all have the capacity to live happily when we follow our individual truth and don’t look for instant results. Each of us was born with a “barometer of happiness.” It’s our task to regulate this internal barometer so we can feel 100 percent happy more often than not. It will take a new belief system and conscious intention. We are all here to learn unconditional love where happiness is not only a lifestyle — it’s a conscious party!

We fear the thing we want the most” – Robert Anthony

You know the term you can run but you cannot hide? Well, this may be the case with fear, if you allow it. Which leads to the question what is fear, really? From a clinical psychology perspective; fear is the loss off love or loss of a love object.  Deep down we all have fear in relation to loss and the what if’s , loss is inevitable as we gain something in our life usually something drops off from our life, this is how energy works.  Point is, we all have fear, this is the norm. The majority of us have fear of success. Success could actually cause loss, in our minds. Yet, when you start to truly love and believe in yourself there is no overwhelm or self – doubt. The purpose of walking your path is to learn the lessons along the way, as everything you want is on the other side of your fear.

What is paradoxical about fear is it can leave us in a comfortable space so as not to really face our inner stuff , living a life of complacency. But, you see fear is just a smoke screen for avoiding our authentic self as we are not meant to live a life of complacency. We are meant to live a life of truth.

Often when coaching clients, the question I hear is, who am I meant to be or what is my purpose? My take on this question is stop and  listen to your body and your heart. Moving from a life of existing to a life of living starts by paying attention to  tuning into what your heart and body yearns to do the most of.  An exercise to find your purpose or meaning I have found is visualization. Here is a life enhancement  technique to begin to visualize  your future self through a visualization manner that resembles what the Universe is asking you to evaluate as the NEW future YOU that you have the ability to manifest and watch your life change turn around for the better!

– What does my life FEEL like everyday?

– Where do I spend my time, how do I spend it and who do I envision this with?

– What does my body crave?

– What are the actions I am doing that satisfy what my body and heart desire?

– What brings you closer to your goal?

In a dream I had a few months back, I was feeling a restless and anxious kind of  sleep, with a pull of indecision and fear. The message that came from this dream was when  my father appeared  and simply stated to me, do what makes you happy. Doing what makes you happy is an inside job, it’s about what FEELS good and whole. My advice then is to do what feels good, what inspires you and simply give yourself permission to dream out loud as there is nothing to fear, except fear itself. Life has it’s scary moments as we don’t see what is on the other side and become unsure of how to navigate the unknowns. The test is recognizing your own strength, we are much stronger than we realize. The fear is a mask preventing one self from going outside of the comfort zone. My question to you is, if you don’t take the step outside of your comfort zone where will you be this time next year?
