  1. Do you define happiness more as contentment? Joy? Dr Weil has an interesting point about happiness, which is that we have come to think of it as a state to achieve most of the time. Yet he questions that as a set up for failure. What do you think?

Kymberly, Good question! In fact, it is the burning question that most societies in our world can’t seem to agree upon. According to Ghandi, happiness is when what you do, what you say and how you act are in harmony. it is a practice, especially during complex times. Follow your bliss and share it with others is my belief in happiness, what is yours?

Great post! Healing and expanding are definitely key ways to living a happier life.

  3. I love how you affiliate networking to healing. So much of networking now is focused on generating revenue–but expanding a network for the purpose of “stretching your reach beyond the familiar,” is really great. So inspiring!
